  1. Hi — IMO this menu has shockingly few lighter fare options. So tonight you may just have to go over. If you don’t want to go that route, I’d probably do the salmon or the grouper entree and ask for a side salad and dressing on the side. That’s still gonna push 750 calories easy, but the other options are going to put you close to 2000 all in.

  2. Novel thought: Enjoy yourself, eat what you want for this 1 meal and pick up calorie counting tomorrow. Life can’t always be about finding the lowest calorie option. I’d love one of those wraps right now, they sound delicious.

  3. Maybe the Chester Caesar Salad with some rice as a side – you could always hold the cheese and croutons?

    However, whenever I go out to eat, which is maybe once or twice a month, I’ll get what I want.

    Sometimes you have to put calories behind you; enjoy some nice food, the company, and just live in the moment. Plus, you can always eat less calories tomorrow.

    That’s just me though. I try and keep a good relationship with food these days and try not to restrict myself in those situations. <3

    If it were me, I’d be getting French Onion Soup AND Veggie Cavatappi! 😋

  4. I would eat a bunch of carrots before I go and then just order something lighter!
