    Put the avocados in the fridge, they’ll keep long enough to eat through them. Breakfast looks delish!

    I think I see a fellow TJ’s fan. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find the hash browns at my local for months. Love it wit a runny egg and some arugula and hot sauce.

    Egg salad on a hash brown! That’s genius! I can’t eat eggs, but I am obsessed with mashing up avocado with sliced cherry tomato, everything bagel seasoning and vegan shredded cheese. I’ve been trying to come up with an alternative to bagels to put it on because gluten free bagels don’t do it for me and now I’m gonna try this! (By the way, if you make the avocado/tomato/cheese/seasoning mix with a little hot sauce it’s sooo good.)
