Doesn’t get much fresher than this goodness. There is an Amish farm about half hour drive from my house that sells various fresh dairy products; butter, yogurt, milk, heavy cream, and of course cheese. The regular, a tomato basil, and this hot pepper. Not sure how I’d classify the style? Like a fresh mozz, it’s so good, creamy and rich 🤤
