What’s the taste difference between jello and pudding powder? I put pudding powder in everything. Oatmeal, smoothies, on popcorn and in yogurt dips.

Yes! I love using the cheesecake one. I mix it with yogurt for a pie like filling, use it to make protein ice cream in the creami, and I’ll mix it with protein milk to make a frosting for protein mug cakes (macro mug, kodiak, etc).

You use the cooking pudding powder and not the instant pudding powder?

What exactly does the jello powder change? I can’t stand the after taste of Greek yogurt that’s why I don’t eat it

I just started doing this last week and have similar thoughts! I have only used the instant pudding mix, not cooking kind, but if you have good luck with that too then I will try it.

It says you’re only using 0.02 or 1/50th of a package of pudding mix per serving? Is that correct?

Ooo, you should do a banana pudding one and tell us how it is.

How does this compare for you (and any others who’ve tried it) to other lower cal portioned desserts like yasso bars, chocolate covered bananas? It has slightly more calories compared to some of my usuals. Is it more satisfying, tasty, worth the few extra cals?

This is interesting! I’ve never thought of this… especially the commenter who mentioned the pudding ones…
