Ingredients: For Prawns Marinade: • Large Shrimp – 7 to 8 (Peeled & Deveined) • Pinch of Salt • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp For Tandoori Masala: • Yogurt/Curd – 0.5 cup • Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 tsp • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1.5 tsp • Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp • Pinch of Salt • Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp • Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) – 1 tsp (Roasted & Crushed) • Oil – 1 tbsp Other • Skewers – 3 to 4 (Soaked in water for 30 mins) Method: 1. Marinate the prawns and let it rest for 30 mins. 2. In a large bowl add all the ingredients listed under Tandoori Masala and mix well. 3. To it add the marinated prawns and coat well. 4. Let it chill for about 1 hour. 5. After an hour remove the prawns from the marinade and skewer it. 6. Roast for 10 mins at 250 degrees C. After 10 mins flip the prawns. 7. Roast for another 10 mins at 250 degrees C on the other side. 6. Baste with melted butter if needed and roast for another 3-4 mins. Enjoy!
