I’m currently eating [Livradois Bleu d’Auvergne AOC Cheese](https://www.gourmetdash.com/bleu-dauvergne-aoc-cheese-9041-config). Gourmet dash says: “This French gourmet *blue cheese* comes from *the* region of Auvergne and *the cheese* is made from unpasteurized milk of Salers and Aubrac cows.” I’ve contacted makers of the cheese but couldn’t get an answer. How can I figure out if this A1 or A2?
