Ok I’m confused, it says 5 pieces but also that the quantity is 1? How big are these plantains? Because they shouldn’t really be more caloric than banana, and 5 whole bananas for 430 sounds reasonable, but that’s a lot of banana.

i bake mine in the oven to avoid frying them. it’s just that some meals aren’t complete without a side of amarillitos unfortunately

My hubs eats sweet or regular almost everyday.
Boil in water for 5 minutes then smashes them, lightly cover in butter and then air fry for 8 minutes in 425. Flipping half way.
