Bought in the Bay area whilst visiting and at a coop. I remember this cheese being “5 Year Aged Cheddar” as well as having a name along the lines of “The King”.
This Cheese is literally the best fucking cheese I have ever had. I’ve had lots(of cheese(s). It has the most potential umami flavor and very nice salt flakes within.
