Hands down best cheddar I’ve had. Very sharp but not tooooo sharp (have come across a few that were too sharp for my liking lately) this also had those little grains of cheese sand crystals throughout that you guys have been informing me about. Must say – They’re awesome.

Spaghetti Bolognese – Made VERY Early Morning to Avoid the Heat.

Appetizers for today’s get together: Nepali style sauté brats with timur(schezwan peppercorn), Alu bhuteko ( sauté potatoes with spices), pesto salad with tomatoes cucumbers, avocado and mozzarella balls and guacamole.
