Ea cookie is 3″ wide. This recipe will not work with bad tasting protein powders. I’ve only tried it with vegan whey vanilla Sundae flavor which goes well with the caramel.
For 4 cookies, combine:
* 4 scoops of vegan whey, vanilla sundae flavor
* 4.333 T Chobani creamer*
Add the creamer to protein powder *gradually* while mixing. It takes a few minutes for the liquid to be absorbed by the powder, be patient. If it’s still too dry add a few drops of water, but not too much or it will be too gooey. Mix, and then ball it up and flatten dough on a non-stick surface. Give a spritz of spray oil if necessary to keep from sticking. Cut out with cookie cutter and frost with 1.5 tsp of fluffy white frosting per cookie. It looks like more frosting in the picture, but it’s not – I double checked. I used regular fluffy frosting, but you can use something even lower cal like plant-based Reddi Whip. You could add toppings like crushed almonds. Or even try drizzling with chocolate. That would be interesting!
These are chewy and not like baked cookies. The Chobani creamer is delicious on it’s own, also. Honestly the best tasting plant-based creamer I’ve ever tried.
I’m also working on a Snickers type cookie using the brownie flavor v-whey. Will post that after I’ve optimized the recipe.

*4.333 T = 1/4 cup creamer plus additional 1 tsp creamer

These look really good! Will definitely have to try making them.
If anyone hasnât tried this vegan whey, itâs fantastic. It dissolves 100% and if you mix the vanilla with oat milk or half oat milk half water, it tastes like liquid ice cream. Highly recommended.

What is 1/4 C plus? Are you referring to 1 tsp of chobani creamer, and 1/4 c some sort of plant milk?

Damn I could not get this to work. Too chewy/gooey, got stuck to my teeth. Might have added too many drops of water?
What exactly did you mix it using?
Also I feel like the spritz of spray oil got on the dough too much.
The chobani creamer is absolutely delicious though
