  1. Oooooh this looks so good will definitely be trying. I also always want cheesecake but can’t have more than a few bites because of how rich it is and this seems like the perfect portion!!

Here’s a photo of the final product, you can see it is much thicker and more dry like cheesecake and almost nothing like greek yogurt anymore. Also it is sugar free but I personally don’t taste any sort of aftertaste which I did not expect! I thought this would taste like a “diet” cheesecake but it pretty much tastes like the real deal to me [https://i.imgur.com/B0Hj0E5.png](https://i.imgur.com/B0Hj0E5.png)

add a little stevia and some other flavor (caramel stevia sweet drops, vanilla extract, coconut extract, maple rum etc) and the possibilities are endless. top with fat free reddi whip and it’s even better

Also, blend these ingredients for a great tasting low calorie milkshake:

1 serving Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
    6oz Milk
    15 Ice Cubes
    Swerve to taste

  5. Anyone have ideas for a low calorie crust?

This by itself is a great idea, but if I really wanted to get fancy I’d like to make a pie with some berries on top

Those sugar free Jello flavors are a huge reason I’ve been able to lose weight. Cheesecake and white chocolate are bomb

Mix ranch seasoning with yogurt for a nice veggie dip

That+carrots is my favorite snack when I can’t wait until dinner

Anything similar to the cheescake pudding? We don’t have Jell-o pudding in the UK 🙁

Pro tip if you’re sensitive to sweeteners: put in like 1 tsp and then add about 6g honey. Sweet and cheesecake-y without the aftertaste!

This is great mixed with like 200g of berries! Or sliced banana in colder months

  14. Ive been eating this almost daily for 5 years haha! Sometimes I’ll get real crazy and use it as an “icing” on a chocolate rice cake. It’s pretty good, give it a try.

  15. I went out and bought the yogurt and jello for this and I’m eating it right now. It’s amazing! I’m going to buy more yogurt after work today so I can have this for dessert! I think I’m going to add some frozen mixed berries to it! Thank you for this!

  16. Chill? Is that freeze or fridge? And for how long? So excited to try this, on my way to the store right nowww

    This was really good!

But I forgot I’m lactose intolerant, and now I have violent diarrhea!

Edit: I now believe my bathroom is haunted. I must have shat a demon in there!

  18. Try light and fit Greek yogurt (I like vanilla) mixed with a sugar free jello cup and frozen berries. Put in freezer for 30 min and top with whipped cream 🤤

It ends up being a large portion that’s 150-200 cals depending on how crazy you go in the whipped cream lol
