

I don’t count my oils or seasonings (I only used cooking spray) but I used a seafood seasoning on the salmon along with black pepper, white pepper, salt, and dill.
Same for the potatoes except instead of dill I swapped it for parsley.

Is that salad layered? If not you might want to invest in a food scale. No way I’m seeing 3 tablespoons of walnuts in that photo. And the glaze doesn’t look like that amount recorded either. I may be totally wrong. Just trying to give you some calories back just in case!! lol
