lol I grew up with a mom who didn’t really cook (she still doesn’t) and the idea of undercooked or runny eggs absolutely terrifies her, so we always had our eggs cooked brown like this. I have since begrudgingly accepted that this is overcooked, but I still think it looks tasty.
