Bought this cheese December 31st from Costco and today I cut into and saw that it was kind of moist inside. Then also noticed there were some new white particles. After some googling it appears that the cheese was most likely “sweating” and the white particles might not be mold. However, I’m still hesitant…can anyone tell me if it’s safe?
