See how you feel tomorrow; if you’re hungrier, up your calories by a couple hundred. What I tend to do is have a larger protein and fat filled breakfast if I wake up hungrier after a super active day, then eat based on how I feel over the course of the day.
If you’re this active multiple days in a row, then definitely up your calorie intake.

Usually when I hike or go on very long bike rides I up the calories on the day of significantly (~1000 extra calories for something like your hike) and moderately the day after (~100-200). If I fail to eat more on the day of I usually feel awful the next day or two until I eat to compensate. Don’t eat back the full estimate of what was burned, but definitely eat some extra and see how you feel. If you feel worse than usual, listen to your body and eat some more.

I cant tell your fiber count, but your carbs seems high. Protein is broken down as muscle and bone, fat is broken down as tissue while carbs are used for immediate energy and then stored as fat for future use. I recommend your carbs be lower with higher proteib…your body will build and tone muscles on 23 mile hikes and store less fat, if there was anynleft after that hike

See how you feel.
Feel free to eat over your calories if you’re truly hungry, but remember that these apps and fitness devices that tell you how many calories you burned are wildly inaccurate.
Your body will tell you if you need more food.

What app are you using? I’ve been looking for one that keeps a running total of my macros with how many more I need. The one that comes with the Fit Bit is lacking.
