I ended up getting some “reserve” cheddar as my first cheese block, and I really like it! I’m gonna make this thing last me as much as I can lol, although it says best before 1/9/24..
Enjoyed it with some Colby Jack cubes and mozzarella slice my mom picked up at Safeway. I have smoked Goat Gouda on my list, but let me know what you guys think!
