Shrimp still have tails on which I personally think is a stupid practice we need to end in food.
Secondly, from what I know and seen with risottos this looks a little too thick. Risotto should be cohesive but it shouldn’t be able to stand up like this.
Regardless, I’d still eat the shit out of it haha just figured I’d pass along what I noticed.

Nice. Solid effort. While I agree that shrimp tails on are a pain, it’s tough to beat the look you get keeping them.
