For a winter wedding buffet today.

Base of Open Air Cheddar from Dorset, Tuxford & Tebbutt blue Stilton, Applewood Vintage smoked cheddar, Wensleydale with Cranberry, Wensleydale Fountains Gold Cheddar with Caramelised Onion, a young French Brie and a de-waxed organic cheddar heart.

Everything in it is real and edible, non-toxic (in fact, that’s part of my Christmas tree poking out!).

Nobody wants cake-cake these days!
