I found this at Sprouts. I enjoyed the spicy sauce and the rice flecked with cumin seeds. It’s a super convenient option for busy days. I used some leftover steamed veggies to volumize the meal. I will get this again and I will try the other plant-based varieties. If you like spicy chili flavors, you will most likely enjoy this.

I found it to be rather bland. Very tasty but not spicy. I added hot sauce and that worked. I’d buy again.

I’m actually Goan and vindaloo and a variant of pulao (the yellow rice) originated from my state in India. it’s actually kinda easy to make this at home from scratch, especially a vegan version. trust me it’ll taste much better than the ready-made stuff.
we also typically use chicken or pork but you sub soy curls, tofu, seitan, tvp or chickpeas and it should taste about the same. so I hope you give it a try!
