Hi, I bought some Tomme, french farm cheese and this other one that’s orange. I don’t remember the name of but I’m wondering if I can eat the rind of them? and also, would it be a waste to eat them as is or should I use them in some kind of dish? I mostly wanna try a bunch of different ones and then later, see what I can cook something with them if I really like them.
