

hi! landed in Mallorca few days before where my hiking route magically transformed into a full-scale gastro trip. but smooth of the last one was disturbed by inner, chronic give_me_that_cheese ill. I was after my lunch, take delicias queso Cabra as some local prod and Fourme d’ambert which I’ve never had before N read on wiki that’s flavour is one of the most tenderness in his shelf. I’m tryin it. so now I’m seating on a bench N thinking that Fourme d’ambert is the worst one thatt I’ve ever had to. my hope that it is so because I bought part near the crust, or market had wrong temperature regime for it or idk, whatewer. people just can’t eat it as it is. or this peace really wait for me from roman times.
