From left to right clockwise: Somerset Brie; Port Salut; Wookey Hole aged cheddar; Somerset goats’; Comté; Manchego; aged Red Leicester; Stilton; Gorgonzola.

Condiments: cider apple jelly/spiced tomato/ onion marmalade/branston.

Think I’ve got all bases covered here, a solid 8 in my book 👍
