    Lots of asparagus and diet root beer to fill me up. Every plateau I hit I started walking miles until around the 170s I had no more ankle or knee pain so I was able to start running. Currently logging 7 miles a day at a 10 min pace. Also I eat ice cream and sweets almost daily I just remain in the 1500. I hit my weight goal, I will start slowly adding 100 calories a week till I hit maintenance. It is possible everyone stay strong!

    What does a typical day of eating look like for you? Are you eating 3 meals a day, intermittent fasting, etc?

    oh man how are you not exhausted as hell running 7 miles **everyday** while still doing 1500!? I am doing 5-7 miles every other day and its starting to get rough, I’ve even started doing 1600-1700 cals :p

    I am currently 166 at 5’7 (30 y.o.) in this journey. Pre pandemic I was actually 155 but did not look that lean like you! you look great. I see in another post you are 5’10, crazy what 3 inches of height does for 155 if I compare myself :p

  6. The transformation is amazing! You can see the chiseled features in your face and body. I need to get rid of the bloat and you are an inspiration. Great job!!

    Great job man that’s insane for 5 months m. If you don’t mind me asking what’s your height? My goal is to look like u man and I wanna know if I should aim for 155 as well.
