I rarely go to my favorite cheese seller because I know that I’ll f*ck up.
Here, in France, cheese is pretty cheap. So I got 800gr (~1.6lbs) of “deluxe” cheese for 30€.
Therefore, as usual, I f*cked and took a bit of almost everything I didn’t tasted already and one that I loved. So small parts became a huge cheese pocket.
From left to right (all are pressed cheese) : Hercule, a sheep and goat mix cheese, spanish sheep cheese with thyme, spanish sheep cheese with sweet truffles aroma, cow cheese with nuts and the Maréchal, a good sheep cheese that I loved.
They are all delicious but if I got to make a choice, my favorite is the spanish sheep cheese with thyme.
And you, which one would you prefer ?
