    Rudy’s pizza is so good, I just get whatever and write it off as a cheat day 🤣 but realistically theres probably nothing there thats 600 calories apart from maybe the side salads

  2. Is mostly pizza … and unless you can share a pizza with somebody I don’t see anything near 600kcal.

    Caprese Salat with some extras, like cotto (I assume is prosciutto cotto) maybe. For some “meat flavor” with the least of calories. But is a side dish or starter.

    So … I’ll take a pizza, for double the calories.

  3. You can ask for a pizza without cheese to save calories. But it doesnt taste the same. One night of enjoying will have no effect on your journey, hope you enjoy it!

  4. The marinara pizza because it comes with no cheese which is high cal and high fat. If it’s a thinner crust then you can probably add a meat protein and clock in 2-3 slices but that’s really it. Maybe eat at maintenance for one day?

  5. Rocket salad and a Carni pizza. Eat a slice or two of pizza and save the remainder for then next couple of days.

    Assuming these are about 10” pizzas, half of any of the red sauce-based pizzas without meat but with as many veggies as you want, and one of the green salads without cheese, with dressing on the side and then only use a sparing amount of dressing.

    I would either do Caprese and a side Caesar, or get pizza and a side Caesar and only eat a couple pieces and take the rest home for leftovers.

  8. More and more I’m realizing eating out is about portion control. I’ve been trying to ask for a box at the beginning and put half the meal away right away. You could probably eat half of any of these pizzas and be satisfied. Then when you get home later you can eat a bunch of low calorie stuff if you wanna feel full.
    That or eat 2 slices and have a rocket salad with light dressing. Idk what a rocket is but maybe hold the rocket if that’s super high calorie. Maybe no cheese too.

    I’d personally get whatever pizza I wanted, add extra veggies to make it more filling. Eat half, save the other half for dinner or a different day. I’d also get a gelato but emphasize one scoop. It’s fine that it’s still four dollars, I just want one scoop.
