A cheese from Northeastern Italy that is a bit reminiscent of epoisse. Smells like feet and tastes creamy, saty and a bit sour. Only 3.50 € at the grande market in Siena, so hard to say no especially when they’re just shoving spoons of cheese samples in your face.
