    Without knowing more details about your goals, body composition, activity level, etc, there isn’t a way to tell you if it’s “ok”.

  2. You should not eat less than 1200 calories daily on average unless your diet is being supervised by a doctor or other healthcare professional. And depending on your stats, you may need more than that. What is your age, sex, height, weight, and activity level? And do you exercise?
