I’m huge into aged cheddar and this might be one of my favorites yet. The picture doesn’t do the red color justice, and it’s sweet and nutty with this soft aftertaste along with the sharpness of good cheddar… this is a rebuy for sure! Just wanted to share.

Picked up some Barber’s today based on this post. Haven’t tried it yet but I’m sure it will be delicious.
