See captions for descriptions. I also had asparagus soup with a slice of rye bread for lunch but it doesn’t look appetizing in the photo, lol, and some teas with almond milk and a rice and sea salt cracker. All together at 1.388 kcal for the full day.

This dinner is so delicious and seriously so filling! Next time I will use even less quinoa because it’s already very voluminous. I think it would be nice to add some toasted walnuts to it as well.

    This picture helped me realize something. I have been making yogurt the main focus. I should be making fruit the focus and the yogurt, a light “dressing”.
