  1. The sauce in the bottle with Japanese writing is a type of soy sauce called dashi shoyu. You can find it on Amazon in the States. Same is true of the sausage and black garlic.

    The Chinese sausage does not need to be cooked as it’s already preserved . It’s a delicious combo you have there 🙂

    I thought the sausage was cured… Do you still need to boil it?
