








So I have a habit of tracking calories for about 3-5 days and then completely falling off it. I’m trying to develop consistency and accountability and I could use some encouragement.
Today I reached my exact calorie goal (1507 cal) which I thought was funny. Those five peanut M&Ms really did the trick haha.

This all looks amazing, but I laughed out loud at the M&Ms. I goddamn love those things and if i would do all sorts of unnatural things if I could be granted the self control to only eat 6 at a time instead of 60!!
It hurts my soul that five peanut m&ms are 60 calories. I used to eat the whole bag at the time. RIP.
