My team & I created this double Angus Beef Cheeseburger. Both 6 ounce patties were layered in between thick slices of sharp cheddar cheese. It was topped off with maple and brown sugar encrusted applewood smoked bacon, spring mix, mayonnaise, tomato slices and crispy red onions. Cooked medium and oh so juicy, sitting on a buttered and grilled brioche bun with mustard, ketchup and our in-house created coleslaw and hearty chili.

These impossible to eat burgers are one of the dumbest trends in food. Give me the other two buns.

I’m sure it’s delicious, but what’s the point of a tower of burger? It’s messy to eat and wasteful. I’m came to appreciate the magic simplicity of smash burgers, they are delicious and a joy to eat. And if you are hungry after 1 you can have another. But, sadly I’ve come to the conclusion that some food this days are for social media posts and visual impact, rather than just food. And I don’t mean that the burger posted is bad, by the contrary, but I think it’s a product of our times.
Make food suitable for human mouths!

Did you serve it in a bucket? Because that’s usually where slop goes.
