    I absolutely love your mini baguette. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them made so small before but now I totally need to find some locally.

    The most important thing i learnt from Michael Mosley was to keep the carbs low. So low cals great, but you speed up weight loss calorie for calorie if you keep the carbs below ~ 50g on his 800cal diet. At this level what amount of carbs daily do you aim for?

    Your plate of food is gorgeous! As is all the other food you post. You have no idea how awesome it is to see someone maintain cico but also make their food look appetizing!!

  5. this is such a perfect meal, all my favorite things! idk how I never thought to put them together before, maybe because it seems like it would be more cals – but you proved me wrong! adding this to my breakfast/lunch rotation for sure.

    I had no idea the mini baguettes were only 110 calories. I have to grab some when I go to TJ’s again
