  1. This is what I love about this subreddit. So many other subreddits talk about cutting out everything bad from their diets and that’s just not something a lot of people can do. I eat a doughnut every week. I get fast food about once a week. I have lost 51 pounds doing this because I just count the calories. CICO is all you really need to follow.

  2. Uhhh… McDonalds: 20pc nugget and smoothie=650 Cals, while 6pc and diet coke=250Cals?

That’s enough for me to not believe these calculations.

  3. Ooh I love this post. I have a few go-to fast food options that are are on the low-cal side.

    Chick-fil-A: kale side salad + grilled nuggets(12 pc) + siracha sauce = 490 calories

Taco Bell: veggie power bowl + 1 soft taco supreme = 630 calories

    Wendy’s: jr bacon cheeseburger = 390 calories

Sonic: medium mozzarella sticks = 560 calories

I’m open to every fast food option I can get. I don’t wanna cook, chop, mix, etc lol.

  4. People sleep way too hard on Chick Fil A breakfast. The egg white grill is bomb. Also the chicken noodle soup. I guarantee you’ve never had it, but its amazing.

Some of these can’t be right. That Olive Garden one is soooo sus. You’re telling me chicken picatta is basically pure protein?

  6. All the Wendy’s around me replaced their Southwest Avocado Salad with Cobb Salad, which is so upsetting to me.

Just scanning through and double checking, many of these calorie numbers are just wrong. My suggestion to everyone is download the fast food apps and most of them will have the calories on there. You can also save items to your favorites on most apps. I use it to build a 500-600 calorie per meal menu for myself at all of my favorite fast food spots.
