Roasted Carrots with Tahini Yogurt & Pistachios. Baked potatoe with wild foraged Ramp Butter. Chimichuri marinated grilled chicken. I had half a small potato and 3oz of chicken along with the carrots. Calories: 314

    Wow. Amazing ingredients and so well executed. You’re a fantastic cook and this is a meal that would make me completely forget I’m restricting calories!
