Last year, I had an aneurysm, the left as side of my body is severely affected (no function in my arm, can only walk with a stick)

Before I got ill I was losing weight rapidly, went from 111kg to 80kg in half year using Cico.
My aim was 1200 calories per day, now my goal is 1500, I need the food.

Today my husband is away to work, I decided to prepare my eggs myself. Worked very well.

In the pics you some tools that help me around the kitchen. I have my trolley to bring the food to the dining room. I have the chopping board, very handy to fixate stuff so I can open it. There is the hot water container, need only hand to pour.

Sorry to hear about your TBI. I can’t even imagine what you have been through. Sorry you have/are going through this.

I seriously love seeing adaptive tools like this. When a family member was diagnosed with ALS, we discovered a whole world of adaptive products, but this just shows that there’s even more out there to learn about. So grateful they exist, but you’ve clearly got good cooking skills anyway!

Looks absolutely delicious! But seems way lower calories than when I make something similar.

Did you include the butter on the bread in the count?

I want you to know that due solely to your post, I found and ordered the cutting board–and at 65 years old, I’ll be able to safely slice tomatoes for the first time in my life (cerebral palsy); thank you!

  6. Just in case you have any difficulty opening containers etc oxo good grips range have some push button containers that have made my life a bit simpler.

I’m on crutches and can only get one hand free by balancing on my elbow on that arm on the crutch without losing my balance totally unless I’m leaning up again the side of my cabinet that is the right height to support me etc. Not the same circumstances ofc but I really like those containers and they didn’t come up for me when I was searching for disability aids so I thought I’d mention them:).
