  1. Nice! I’m curious what the before and after weights are? I feel like I’m somewhere between those 2 pics but hoping to get to the after sometime soon.

  2. This seems more like a weight training success photo.

    I don’t think it’s really recommended to eat only 1500 cals when on a moderate or heavy workout schedule. Especially when you are of average height looks like so you don’t have that lower TDEE as a reason either. Maybe unpopular opinion, but a 1500 diet seems extreme to me for this body type.
