    I did think this was a bowl of liquified raw meat when I scrolled by the first time but, with that saidโ€ฆ looks like itโ€™d be pretty tasty!

  2. I had two servings of Fage with Blueberries, Strawberries & Chia Seeds this morning for breakfast.

    It’s slowly becoming a morning staple for me @ 38g of Protein & only 247 Calories. I change the fruit around every now and then…. But can I ask you what does the Jello add to this amazing godsent dish??? Does it make it sweeter??

    … Also heard a doctor recently say how this dish is great for overall healthy teeth because of the calcium and phosphate. Fun Fact!
