added an attachment to fil air from regular air pump. I tried searching it online but no one had done it in past. inch air conditioner dummy nut 1 car air valve Teflon Hot glue to cover the hole near the neck It works but haven’t tested with wipping cream yet, with my calculations it requires 11-22 ATM of air somewhere around 150-300psi

Looks a bit dangerous… I realize it might be a prototype, but please be careful.

  2. Air (mostly N₂) won’t dissolve into the cream like NO₂ does. You may end up with dollops of liquid with large air bubbles in it instead of microfine foam like when you whip it.

    Please experiment and post results!

  3. Can you buy a large canister of NO2? Like an oxy/acetylene torch setup but for welding cakes and ice creams

Compressed air from any type of mechanical air compressor should NEVER be used for food (or breathing) if it isn’t filtered of the oils and metal or plastic particles present in the compressor by a specific type of high efficiency, food-safe filter. If you have such a filter then you’re good to go. If you don’t, you are almost certainly passing on contaminates to be ingested by those who eat your food. Creative idea but probably not food safe by any means.
