I liked that chicken salad better in years past. I have found recently that the texture has changed with much less chicken and also it tastes sweeter.

If anyone is looking for recipes, this is a dead ringer for a popular British sandwich filling called [Coronation Chicken](https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/easy-coronation-chicken). The usual greek yogurt for Mayo swap would work perfectly here.
