Vegetables are usually my go to to keep it low calorie, Carrots, Celeri, Cauliflower. Rice Cakes are low as well, I like the seasoned ones so it tastes like something lol.
Pickles if you like them too, they are virtually 0 calories, I use them for late night snacking. Banana peppers as well.
Of course if you work out, probably something with protein would help, Cottage Cheese is high in protein and low in calories/fat. Beef Jerky can also be a nice treat with high protein.

Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, whole fruits like apples and pears, and veggies (carrot sticks, celery sticks) are my go-to healthy snacks!

I don’t think you’re doing this, but just in case…
Don’t factor calories burned into your calorie deficit.
It’s always wrong, and also factors in calories you’d have burned had you don’t nothing at all.
If you’re going to, subtract 2/3 of the total burned and go with what’s left over.
Edited to add… Dannon vanilla light and fit with some berries added. You get a lot of value for little calories.

You aren’t supposed to eat back your exercise for tracking!

Air popped popcorn is a great late night snack. And one serving amounts to a lot of popcorn!

•Rice cake (or low cal toast) with hummus or cottage cheese + tomato and/or cucumber. If you want a sweet version caramel rice cakes with cottage cheese + cinnamon is very good.
•banana or apple with powdered PB. You can also mix 1tbsp of PB2 into a Greek yogurt cup
•Greek yogurt cup with berries (Chobani zero sugar, light and fit or Oikos triple zero are all good macro brands)
•turkey/chicken and light string cheese
•bell peppers/cucumbers/carrots with hummus
•hard boiled eggs
•rice cake with laughing cow cheese + turkey pepperoni (plain, tomato basil, or white cheddar rice cakes are all a tasty with this combo)

I like to snack on cherry tomatoes and mini cucumbers. Also popcorn or fat free whipped cream mixed with sugar free pudding powder 😋
