Alfredo sauce:
1 cup Blended cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk
Italian seasoning, pepper, salt to your liking
Cajun seasoning
1tsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch to thicken
6oz Grilled chicken
** for the pasta I use 1.5 servings of Carbanada pasta! Itβs just an egg noodle so no funky textures like lentil noodles, but itβs low carb and high protein and such a great substitute for pasta dishes! Has 10 grams of protein in a serving and half the carbs of regular pasta.
