    Delicious! I have been seeing these overnight oats or versions of it everywhere on youtube. So I adjusted it to meet my tastes n calorie needs. I use 1/2 cup quick oats, 1 tbs chia – add some Splenda, dashes of cinnamon and enough water to be about 1 inch higher than the top of the food. And let it sit overnight. That is about 220 calories and is very filling for about 4 hrs until I eat a late lunch. If I want to change it up about 1 tbs of raisins or 1/3 banana.
