
On occasion, I like to treat myself to some Starbucks before class or work. I LOVE coffee, cheese, and fruit, so this satisfies all my cravings in one filling (for me at least) meal. Fruit and cheese box – 470 cals. Grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew – 110 cals.

My other ones include sushi trays from my work (often under 500 cals), a McChicken from McDonald’s (400, less if you do no mayo and add a low-cal mayo at home), a Double-Double from In-n-Out, protein-style (520)… What are yours?
