Yum, looks like a treat. I’d add honey and demon frog breath but that’s just me

I make variations of this almost everyday, calories vary between 270-300 depending on what toppings I feel like.
Base recipe:
– 30g oatmeal, cooked with 2 cups of water until soft but still liquid-y
– add in 10g of chia seeds, let set for a couple of hours in the fridge. This should solidify.
– top with yoghurt and then fruit and nuts. I prefer arranging the layers like a parfait instead of mixing yoghurt in with the oatmeal.
Enjoy your voluminous, wholesome meal!

You could turn those same ingredients into baked oats, pancakes, waffles, etc. I do protein waffles everyday.
