    1st pic is a lower cal version of orange chicken (i tossed chicken in light mayo, soy sauce, cornstarch. air fryed the chicken and then tossed in sauce which i made from low sugar orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, cornstarch and reduced) i made fried rice with xtra veggies and chopped spinach . 3rd pic is buffalo cauliflower wings (make batter with flour, milk , seasonings, baking soda. batter and air fry until crispy, mix butter and buffalo sauce w sugar free syrup and toss in cauliflower babies, air fry for a couple minutes more) dip made with light sour cream, light mayo, a ranch pack, and lemon juice. 4th pic is just strawberries with some melted chocolate chips and light whipped cream. 5th pic is a salad kit caesar salad and rotisserie chicken from costco!

    Wow this all looks so yummy! Also glad you are showing people they can have a small dessert and still keep on track.

  3. You are making me so hungry! It all looks great. It’s a lot of food for the calories too!
