I go to Vancouver every few months and I always hit up a few cheese shops along the way. Les Amis du Fromage, Benton Brothers, etc. This is my most recent haul from last week, minus a couple that we had already. All the hard cheeses get divided up and vac packed to keep them good and we'll be enjoying this batch through the summer. I do have to give away a couple pieces of the 13 year old cheddar, which sucks, but the people receiving them definitely deserve the treat.
