featuring my cool mom & sous chef πŸ’— cracker + bread table not pictured! i made this for my wedding welcome dinner last year. favorite parts were making a flavor gradient from veggies to sweets, and making mine & my husband’s initials in cheese!

i’ve made a lot of beautiful boards in my day but this was a huge undertaking (while being bride+wedding planner!) i planned my menu in a spreadsheet, spent a day shopping and prepping everything, drove to venue then spent about 2hrs setting up! we got fresh breads from a local bakery otw too.

had enough so people could take to-go boxes and then this became our snack cabin for our guests over our 4 day stay at Mt. Princeton Hot Spring Resort. cost around $800.

Spectacular! Truly amazing! Congratulations, OP! Came back to add I love the (Colby?) cheese hearts too!

  2. It looks really good and appetizing before people put their nasty, dirty, grimy, hands into it.

How much is typically left? And what do you do with the leftovers?

  4. I would love this! Huge selection. There’s food I would never eat and food I love.
