I took the mac & cheese recipe from the back of the Prince box and doctored it up. Hand shredded sharp cheddar and pepperjack. Used half and half, plus a small can of condensed milk. No onion, added paprika.

The tenderloin was grilled / broiled over an old Farberware electric, countertop contraption that belonged to my grandmother.

The exterior of the tenderloin was painted with a thin layer of Gravy Master. Added salt and pepper.
