I greased the tots skillet w/ some pork tallow, chili in another, and smoked them in my Joe @ 350° for 25 minutes till crisp tots and bubbling chili

Added the cheddar, red onion, leftover pork belly crisps, and garden jalapeños.

Back into the Joe to complete for 10 more minutes. Ended up pretty tasty. Next up to try is w/ homemade over-the-top venison chili.

What else could go on here?
